Every year!
Communication is minimal; missed a deadline and nobody considered to contact me directly to ensure the deadline was met. Efficiency is lacking; Teams Meetings are required to be booked where a simple email would suffice; too many contacts, not sure who I am supposed to refer questions to when I have questions so I just ask everyone until someone answers me. Average rating provided because they do the job they are paid to do but no outstanding performance has been experienced although I would recommend them.
We had such a good experience last year but this year 100% different. Called all day; no response. No call backs when voicemails where left. Emails took days to respond. Different answer from each person I talk to. This will be the last year we use your services.
I have worked with them for several years in the past, however this year, this process was unorganized, emails went without responses, and simple questions recieved condescending responses.
Delerme has been an absolute nightmare to work with. The team communicates extremely poorly, and I rarely feel valued as a small business owner. I strongly advise prospective clients to stay away, lest they have horrifyingly bad experiences like I have.
