How do you determine your fee?

Our fees are fixed monthly based on the time estimated to complete all services we agree upon. The monthly rate prevents that hourly billing rate creep. There's nothing worse than budgeting for a specific amount per month then getting a bill for few hundred of thousand dollars more because you had a few extra questions that month. What type of clients do you work with?

We work with any size business clients with specializations in the cannabis, manufacturing, service and retail industries. We have been able to help clients solve problems, streamline processes and save money on operating costs and taxes. We don't just toss your numbers into a program and give them to you. We treat your business as if it was our own and educate clients on how to use the reports to make the best business decisions for their situation.

What do I do when I have a question?

We are interested in your questions and we want you to ask them. That makes for a great relationship. For the most efficient and quickest response please email us, this way we can respond even if we are away from the office. We strive for a 48 business hour response time and meet that goal 99% of the time. If the person that you are working directly with doesn't respond in that time frame, you will have the email addresses of all 3 business owners to contact. In full disclosure, we haven't had an email yet saying our staff isn't meeting our team response goal!
