Do you offer a free initial consultation?

Our approach and model is a great fit for businesses that are ready to invest in their business success, growth and profitability. For business that are interested in more than basic bookkeeping, we love to have a Discovery Meeting so we can determine if we are a good fit for each other. We offer those meetings for free.

What type of clients do you work with?

We work with businesses and the people who own them. We do not provide tax return preparation services as a stand-alone product and do not work with individuals who do not own a business with which we are also working Our niche areas are Professional Consultants, Law Firms, Retail, as well as businesses for whom job costing is important.

How do you determine your fee?

We are a flat rate, fixed fee firm. We do not charge by the hour, but instead design a suite of services you need on a recurring basis and develop a fee that reflects the bundle of services we offer and the value we are trying to bring to you and your business. There are never any surprises from us.

Can you save me money?

I would say yes, but our focus in not so much on saving money as it is on bringing value in a way to results in a more profitable business that operates at its most effective and efficient. We bring value with taking your business, standardizing it, automating it, creating an ease of operation that allows you and I to focus on what will most impact your business for improved profitability. Saving money is not the only or most important thing to focus on. If you pay $1,000 a month for something that generates 3 times that amount in profit, you would do it, right? We focus on value for the investment you are making in your business, while certainly concentrating on controlling costs and mitigating taxes.

What do I do when I have a question?

If you are working with us, you have a dedicated Slack Channel that we use to communicate. You have a dedicated Trello Board we use to track projects and tasks, concepts and ideas you and I are working on to make your business the best it can be. We are always available to answer questions because we do not charge by the hour, you are paying a flat fee every month for the level of access to us you want .
