We offer a broad range of tax and accounting services for business owners, executives, and independent professionals. We are a full-service CPA firm licensed in Texas. We find it tremendously satisfying to help our clients and ease their worries and fears when it comes to their taxes. Our clients want someone to sit in their seats, to see things the way they do, and we aim to do just that. We are not a product-based business, we are a client-based business. Thank you for your interest in our tax services. At Prewitt CPA, PLLC, we try to be on the leading edge of tax-focused technology, staff, and training. The clients who we target and who have the best experience with our firm are (1) business owners who need help with personal and entity tax planning and/or (2) high net worth individuals with tax planning opportunities. Our top priority is to provide value and tax savings to our clients.

How do you determine your fee?

We believe our model is better than your average tax firm where you receive an annual invoice. Our model offers a flat annual fee, paid in equal monthly installments, and operates much like a concierge physician’s office. This model is beneficial for the client and firm for the following reasons: 1. It is budget-friendly (no nickel and diming or unexpected invoices) 2. It sets clear expectations of how the client and the firm will work together 3. It allows for better and more consistent service based on firm staffing projections 4. It allows for peace of mind knowing that you have an advisor you can reach out to at any time We would be happy to provide you with a customized quote that suits your needs and allows you to choose how you would like to be serviced. Our basic monthly fee starts at $250/month, with discounts for clients who use services from our partner firms, Cohesion Business Advisors, and/or Cohesion Wealth Advisors.
