Communication was severely lacking. When asked any questions to clarify and try to understand, there were delayed or no responses. When I finally got on a call, I was yelled at and berated for asking for clarification with what was going on. Terribly poor customer service that could have been avoided by communication up front. I believe the work done was accurate and they were trying to get everything right, however the lack of clear communication and professionalism was very off putting.
