After agreeing to have the firm prepare an Estate income tax return, I had to wait a week for someone to respond to questions about not being sent an engagement letter or a link to upload tax documents. I had to call and ask to have the State return provided to me when it was not sent with the Federal return. I had several questions on the final return but could not get anyone to call me or email me with responses to my questions before I signed the return and paid the fee for the Estate. Professionalism, responsiveness and timely service were lacking.
