No. We run a very transparent model with a fixed membership fee that is paid each month. It includes all the things you would expect, like WiFi, cleaning, coffee, parking, utilities, etc. NONE of the above nor any initial sign-up fees that make most people crazy. If you want utilize the conference room there is an hourly fee of $30. If you want to use the copy machine there is a standard per page charge. You are welcome to bring your own printer for your office.

You are welcome to take a tour first, however it is not required. Once you decide on what type of office space you want we will email your membership agreement so you can digitally sign up. There is no physical paperwork needed. It takes about 1 minute.
