She is still involved and between her and the new attention to detail team at Thrive, our taxes were prepared quickly, efficiently. They are responsive and clear. They are very kind and supportive as women, but you have to know the right questions to ask in order to get accurate, concrete information. They are pretty disorganized and are not transparent in their invoicing of services. I will be going elsewhere as soon as I can find the time to look for another accountant.
